Alhamdulillah...akhirnya ade juga kesempatan untuk update blog ini dalam keadaan yang agak sibuk sekarang ini.

Alhamdulillah...hari ini cukup sebulan saya bekerja di SHIMANO COMPONENTS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD. Setelah bertarung bertahun2 untuk menimba ilmu dan mendapatkan sekeping ijazah akhirnya dapat juga mencapai cita2. Merantau dari Kota Tinggi ke Muar ke Tangkak dan akhirnya ke Shah Alam semata2 untuk mencari ilmu. Dan kini berkhidmat di Pontian juga dgn niat untuk menimba ilmu dan mungkin hingga ke Jepun, sape tau?? Hehe..

Alhamdulillah...Setelah menjalani beberapa interview di Selangor, akhirnya kembali juga bercari rezeki di negeri sendiri. Hujan batu di negeri orang, hujan emas dinegeri sendiri..Sape xnak duduk negeri sendiri kan?hehe.. Semuanya ade hikmah tersendiri. Banyak benda yang saya dapat dan belajar di Selangor. Mungkin saya akan merantau juga kesana 1 hari nanti..

Alhamdulillah...pengalaman yg diperoleh semasa belajar, semasa proses mencari kerja, semasa menjual diri meyakinkan majikan semasa interview akan terus menjadi pengalaman manis yang tidak akan dilupakan..

Alhamdulillah...next week akan berlaku proses pengambilan jubah. Akan kembali ke bilik lepak selama menjadi SKP70 dulu. SKPians, I miss u all..But, maybe xde sorang pun yang akan menjadi SKP71 sebab busy study for final and ramai graduate skali..huhu

Alhamdulillah...next two week akan berlaku hari convocation. Bersama family ke Shah Alam untuk menerima sekeping ijazah. Berjumpa rakan2 yang bersama2 menimba ilmu di FKM. Mungkin itulah masa bersama beramai2 untuk kali terakhir dan semua akan membawa haluan sendiri dalam mencorak hidup masing2. Kepada yang tidak dapat bersama semasa convocation nanti, teruskan perjuangan hingga berjaya..I miss u all and gud luck for the future..UiTM Di Hatiku..

Today I see my supervisor to show my work.

Finally…I kene hentam baik punyer. Haha… damn it!

Topic: The expected benefits of privatization of public utilities companies in Malaysia are technological and economic efficiency. Discuss with examples whether those benefits have been achieved.

Introduction

On 1983, Malaysia was starting shown attention on privatization when prime minister launched Privatization Policy in Malaysia that also talks about role of private company in country’s development and management. Privatization is different with nationalism, which is a process of increasing government controls and involvement in economy. The basic for this, privatization is about certain government authority and investment to private sector. Based on the Malaysia Privatization Policy, there are five main objectives to be achieved which are

to relieve the administrative and financial burden of the government,
improve the effectiveness and quality of the public services,
encourage the spread of private entrepreneurship in the public sector,
division of resources,
contribute to the attainment of the goals set for the New Economic Policy (NEP).

Subsequently, Prime Minister Dato Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad announced the government’s decision on a policy of privatization. He stressed the danger of the government becoming a burden to the people it serve. Thus, privatization is set in motion. After nearly three decades of doing this policy, we should be gained the expected benefits of this policy. This is easy to analyze because there are a lot of private company came out from this policy. So, in order to decrease the scope of discussion we choose to talk about public utilities only in term of technological and economic efficiency.....

Finally I finished the presentation project for KJM641(Mechanics and Thermodynamics of Propulsion) successfully. It took 2 months to complete the project. This is group project consist of 10 members. Thanks to my teammate, Ram, Razmi, Safuan, Hirul, Faiz, Zafri, Azan, Fazil and Ihsan for their contribution. I’m feeling good now. It’s done successfully. So, I can concentrate on my Final Year Project.

A little bit info for our project:

Title: ISS Transit Spacecraft & Launcher Design

Mission objective:

Produce a Conceptual design of multi-staged rocket and transit spacecraft that will be capable of transporting at least 3 angkasawan to the ISS and returning them to the Earth.(Providing life support for about 30 days).

Project Requirement:

1) Multi-staged space launcher

2) Transit to LEO

3) Docking with the ISS

4) Return to earth safely

Mocca at Laman Budaya Shah Alam

On March 18, 2009 I was attend a mini concert performed by MOCCA at Laman Budaya Shah Alam. This is the second time Mocca performed live in Malaysia. The first one was in Zouk, KL. Even I have a lot of assignment and project to be submitted, I still got arrange my time to be there. This is the first time I saw Indonesian band performing live. With the tickets is just RM25 (because I got presale price) I got to see the international band performing live!!! Actually I just got the ticket on that afternoon. Hehe. The venue is just near to the Shah Alam Lake. It was an open air area and quite beautiful place. I was going there with Lyela, Kak Zaida and Zul.

The show was started at 9pm with 2 opening bands from local. The first band is called Decma & TCHB (that could have been) from JB and the second one is called Rumi. The first band is interesting for me. Their music is nice and the best thing about them is they play with one unique instrument. I’m not sure what it is. I guess it used to be as ‘Ghazal instrument’. Hehe.

Then is time for Mocca. The crowd started move to the front and keep taking photo of them. They played a lot of song that night such as I Remember, My Only One, Happy and etc. they perform really well. For the best thing about Mocca is their vocalist. She is not just really good in singing but also has an interesting personality and excellent in interaction with audience. One more things, she is quite funny. Hehe. Mostly she speak in Indonesian language but sometime she trying to speak in Malay but really funny because she was always ‘pusing (in Malay-pening)’ about the Malay language. Haha. Hmm… overall for me they have had a really good performance and the crowd is really enjoyed by their performance. Credits for Mocca, the music mayor for Bandung. Adios!!

setiap tahun hijrah, tanggal 12 rabiul awal kita akan menyambut maulidur rasul sempena kelahiran junjungan besar kita nabi muhammad s.a.w. banyak organisasi akan menyambut hari mulia ni dengan perarakan selawat. diikuti dengan ceramah agama dan makan2. terutama sekali sekolah. setiap tahun pasti akan sambut dengan meriah.

masa sekolah dulu bila sampai je time nak buat majlis ni, cikgu2 akan cari aku. diorang akan suruh aku buat banner atau kain rentang untuk digunakan masa perarakan. diorang nak tulis jawi. kalau tempah kat luar mahal. so, diorang boleh cut cost kalau mintak tolong aku. cikgu sekolah agama mesti bayar kat aku dengan harga yang lumayan. tp cikgu sekolah menengah kedekut sikit, langsung xbagi pape. ikhlas jela. hehe.. biasanya diorang provide kain putih, berus colour dan dye(macam cat untuk colour kat kain). dengan kata lain kalau diorang bayar tu semuanya masuk poket la. time2 ni dapatla income lebih sikit. murah rezeki. tapi sekarang sudah berlalu.

haha...isu ni tgh hangat di pasaran. walaupun dah bertahun2 bende ni dilaksanakan, tp masih ramai yg menyuarakan pendapat masing2. ade setuju n ade yg tak. n tak kurang juga yg dh pedih2 mata mempertahankan falsafah mereka...haha... malaysia boleh!!!

so, kite discuss pd beberapa sudut. pd pendapat aku la. study math n science dlm english memang ade pro n contra. biase la tu kan...mana ade hal yg baik je. lg2 zaman skang ni. tp nak buat camne. go with the flow jela...huhu..

kita mulakan dengan advantage ok..firstly, dgn adenya bende ni bangsa malaysia akan terus bersaing dari segi sains n technology. maklumla kan banyak bahan bacaan dalam english. so, segala term pasal teknologi, student kite dah biase. xpayah la nk bukak2 kamus byk2 kali..hehe... lagi satu, rakyat malaysia yg akan datang akan ade advantage dlm nak mengharungi dunia global. mereka akan mempunyai kebolehan bertutur dan menulis dlm byk bahasa. yela, skrg ni nak mintak keje pun kene interview in english. communication kantoi jgn harapla nak dapat keje best. nak wat camne...globalisasi nyer penangan..huhu... hmmm...biler dah expert bahasa luar ni, bolehla keje kat luar negara nanti. pastu balik malaysia bwk ilmu n technology. sape yg untung??malaysia gak kan...cepat sikit jd negara maju...

disadvantage lak kepada student yg tak mahir bahasa inggeris. especially yg kat luar bandar. yg parent tak pernah nak cakap english kat umah. biler ade keje sekolah, xtau nak tanye sape. kalau anak cikgu xpela kot. abang2 n kakak2 lak dah sambung belajar or keje kat bandar. budak2..biasalakan..biler dah xboleh buat, mula la give up n then pergi sambung main. pastu camne nak pandai??? adakah sebab bahasa, bdk2 yg ade potensi nak pergi jauh akan ketinggalan??? harap2 ade la kaedah mengatasi masalah ini. anak2 kecil inilah yg akan mengubah nasib keluarga mereka. (hehe..ayat xboleh blah...)

haa...mengikut experience aku study kat uitm yg fully english ni, bukan senang nak belajar dalam english ni. faham n hafal boleh la. kalau nak hayati....kene hari2 hadap buku bolehla kot. almaklumla...lidah melayu...ari2 cakap melayu...hehe tp..kalau belajar dlm bahasa melayu rasanye lg la susah. sume term nk kene ubah. technology berkembang pesat. tp mostly publish in english. xkirela buku, journal, magazine. so, nak x nak kalau dah study engineering tu pandai2la bawak diri...hehe

so, kesimpulannya, fikir2 la sendiri...korang dipihak yg mane...pape pun yg penting. sekali, 'usaha tangga kejayaan'...kalau xcukup usaha sikit, usaha byk2...n jgn lupe tawakal...gud luck!!!=)

Hi..kepada sesape yg xpenah pergi atau hendak ke Melaka, kat sini aku ade sediakan review utk korang. ni pun sebab last month aku baru jejak ke melaka. bukan xpernah jejak, tp dh lama la xjejak.

sampai2 melaka, tempat pertama kitorg tuju adalah bandar hilir. hmm...biasela kan kalau pergi melaka, tak tgk A Famosa memang tak sah. sekali pandang memang lain dah kawasan ni. kalau dulu, beberapa meter dari a famosa ni korang akan nmpk kedai2 kecil jual2 keychain n etc. tp skarang kedai2 yg dulu menjual cenderamata dah bertukar menjadi shopping complex. giler hebat. Malaysia boleh!! Melaka Boleh!! haha..skang bangunan yg besar tu dinamakan dataran pahlawan. memang menarik bangunan ni, ade padang atas bangunan. hehe..

then, kitorg turun kat depan kapal besar. yg ni, xyah citerla. sebab mcm sume org tau je. just kalau nk tau, harga tiket rm3 seorg utk masuk 3 tmpt- kapal, muzium kapal, n muzium tentera kot. memang pakej tu. tak boleh la nk tawar menawar.

haha..akhirnya sampai juga kita ditajuk asal. 'menara taming sari'. sorila ni je gmbar tower yg aku ade. peminat2 game roller coaster tycoon mesti tau bende ni. hehe.. this is called revolving tower rasanya. sebab bende ni akan berpusing2 masa naik ngn kat atas. siap ade lagu lg. tempoh masa naik seminit, pusing2 kat atas 5 minit, n then turun semula seminit. so, total 7 minit saje. memang xpuas la kan. tp nak buat cane. harge yg tertera kat kaunter-rm20. tp korg jgn lari dulu. tunjuk je ic, dpt discount 50%. byr rm10 utk 7 minit. berbaloi ke?? bak kata nabil-lu fikir la sendiri..haha.. tp bagi aku boleh kot sesekali nk rasa. haa...gmbar2 lain ade di bawah..

ni semua view dlm menara taming sari semasa kat atas. dari atas, korg bleh nmpk eyes on malaysia, dataran pahlawan, laut, kapal, n byk lg. kalau nk clear lagi, sewa la teropong satu. harga dlm rm3-8..depends on size kot..yg aku gune tu rm8. memang jauh boleh nmpk.

then, jln2 cari makan lak kat umbai..port popular kat melaka nk makan ikan bakar. camne nk pergi??tips utama, just follow signboard ke muar. confirm jumpe..kalau xjumpe gak tanye jela org..hehe..ok, tu je nk citer..thanks for reading...selamat bercuti...have fun!!!=)
