expiry date: 02.02.2013.

memang xpercaya...oleh kerana kredit tinggal 5 sen (still boleh anta sms tu)..so, try la anta...then berjaya lak tu...pelik tapi benar...hahaha..hmmm...mungkin ini adalah tactic hotlink nak compete ngn celcom u.o.x..sebab ramai customer hotlink dah lari ke celcom...hahaha..padan muka...dulu kerek sangat...

aku rasa sume ni sebab hotlink dah auto tukar aku nyer status ke hotlink youth club kot...

benefits of privatization

Course: KJM630 - Engineers in Society

Topic: The expected benefits of privatization of public utilities companies in Malaysia are technological and economic efficiency. Discuss with examples whether those benefits have been achieved.

Introduction

On 1983, Malaysia was starting shown attention on privatization when prime minister launched Privatization Policy in Malaysia that also talks about role of private company in country’s development and management. Privatization is different with nationalism, which is a process of increasing government controls and involvement in economy. The basic for this, privatization is about certain government authority and investment to private sector. Based on the Malaysia Privatization Policy, there are five main objectives to be achieved which are
  • to relieve the administrative and financial burden of the government,
  • improve the effectiveness and quality of the public services,
  • encourage the spread of private entrepreneurship in the public sector,
  • division of resources,
  • contribute to the attainment of the goals set for the New Economic Policy (NEP).

Subsequently, Prime Minister Dato Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad announced the government’s decision on a policy of privatization. He stressed the danger of the government becoming a burden to the people it serve. Thus, privatization is set in motion. After nearly three decades of doing this policy, we should be gained the expected benefits of this policy. This is easy to analyze because there are a lot of private company came out from this policy. So, in order to decrease the scope of discussion we choose to talk about public utilities only in term of technological and economic efficiency.....

10 sign you're an internet geek

10. When filling out your driver's license application you give your IP address.

9. You no longer ask prospective dates what their sign is, instead your line is "Hi, what's your URL?"

8. Instead of calling you to dinner, your spouse sends e-mail.

7. You're amazed to find out spam is a food.

6. You "ping" people to see if they're awake, "finger" them to find out how they are, and "AYT" them to make sure they're listening to you.

5. You search the Net endlessly hoping to win every silly free T-shirt contest.

4. You introduce your wife as "my lady@home.wife" and refer to your children as "client applications".

3. At social functions you introduce your husband as "my domain server".

2. After winning the office super bowl pool you blurt out, "I feel so colon-right parentheses!"

And the number one sign you are an Internet Geek:

1. Two Words: "Pizza's Here!"

Why So Serious??

Smiling is a great way to make yourself stand out while helping your body to function better. Smile to improve your health, your stress level, and your attractiveness. See other good things about smile..

1. Smiling Makes Us Attractive
We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away -- but a smile draws them in.

2. Smiling Changes Our Mood
Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.

3. Smiling Is Contagious
When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.

4. Smiling Relieves Stress
Stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.

5. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System
Smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. Prevent the flu and colds by smiling.

6. Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure
When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?

7. Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin
Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.

8. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger
The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day -- you'll look younger and feel better.

9. Smiling Makes You Seem Successful
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.

10. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive
Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.
